FAQ

  • What type of degree do I need to register for this course?
    We train Physicians (MD and DO), Dentists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses.  Anyone is eligible to take this course as a medical degree is not mandatory. 
     
  • Will I receive a training certificate?
    Yes. One will be provided after completion of the online course.  Some malpractice insurance companies also require a proof of training to be covered under their policy.
     
  • Once I log in, how do I start my course?
    After logging in, you will be brought to your "Course List." By clicking "Launch," you will be directed to the online training module. To begin viewing the videos, you must first read the mandatory information by clicking: "Medical Weight Loss Training - General Information and Course Completion Instructions - MUST VIEW TO CONTINUE." Once you have reviewed this information you can click "Return to Course Outline" at the top of the page to be directed to your list of videos.
     
  • After I register, how do I log in?
    An email with your log in and password information will be sent to the email address that you provided when you registered.
     
  • How do I pay for this course?
    Simply sign up and you will be forwarded to an online payment website.
     
  • How do I download my manual and startup information?
    Once you have launched your training course, you will see two links at the top of the page:

    These are zipped files. Click the links to download them and select to save the folders to your computer. Once downloaded, you can right click to "Open" the folders, or "Extract" the information.
     
  • How do I view the lesson videos?
    Once you have read the "General Information and Course Instructions," you will see a list of eight video modules. You can view them by clicking on the video title and pressing the play button on the viewing screen.
     
  • Who is the lead trainer for Botox Medial Training?

    Our lead instructor is Dr. Jay Park.  He was a medical director of two medical spas in South Florida.  His practice was the second largest account for Allergan, leading to many distinctions for his two practices.  He was one of the first practioners to inject Botox to treat primary axillary hyperhidrosis and chronic migraine in South Florida.  Botox Medical Training has incorporated that same broad approach to the content of the instructional material.

  • How do I complete the online training course and receive my certificate?
    To complete your online Botox Medical Training, read the "General Information and Completion Instructions," and view all videos. When each of these items is finished, their status will show "Complete." Upon completion of all course materials, return to medicalweightlosstraining.com and you will see a "Certificate" option in the menu. Click "Generate My Certificate," then "Download Your Certificate," to view and print your Botox Medical Training certification.
